The 2022 season was best prepared by the Bergamo driver Paolo Locatelli and the Autorlando Sport team, and the results did not take long to arrive in the first stage of the Porsche Suisse Cup.
Since Friday it has worked hard to find the right setup to put Locatelli in a position to push hard on the difficult Red Bull Ring track. The driver from Bergamo immediately replicated the team’s efforts by scoring an excellent second absolute time in qualifying just 125 thousandths from pole position.
Good pace in race 1, even able to set the fastest time of the race, proof of the extreme competitiveness and of the Porsche Cayman RS GT4 number 182.
Race 2 ends with another spectacular second place overall for the Autorlando Sport team after being constantly in the fight for lead.
Hence Paolo Locatelli in his first international experience conquers two excellent overall second places that motivate him to do even better in the next round of the championship in the famous Paul Ricard circuit in France next 26/28 May.
Locatelli comments on his performance: “6 months ago I didn’t know how attach the helmet to the Hans … Now, in my first championship race, I finished 2 second places and in race one even better lap time!
