Weekend of ups and downs, at Imola for Autorlando-Sport and its drivers Camathias -Calamia.
During qualifying on Saturday, because of “red flags”, the two drivers could not find the right lap, ranking in eleventh position in first qualifying, and seventeenth in the second one.
Race 1, good turn on Saturday. Calamia is the first driver, and he is able to gain some positions.
In the change window, thanks to a good Team strategy and the impeccable speed of succession at the helm, allowed to Camathias to find little traffic on track, managing the 911 GT3R up to fifth place.
Sunday, Race 2, had taken a good performance, despite starting grid from seventeenth position, the team Autorlando-sports, advancing gaining some positions.
Here too, after a faultless driver change, with Calamia driving, the bad luck arrives in the Tamburello curve, taking the car off the track.
Next race of the Italian GT, at Mugello, on the weekend of July 12.
