The Italian GT Championship of ACI Sport arrives on the Tuscan circuit of Mugello for the last round of the season with all the titles still to be designated and the record attendance, 43 cars, record that has stood since 2004. Championship made even more prestigious by returning on the track of the Olympic champion handbikes Rio 2016 and humanity champion Alex Zanardi.
Autorlando sport line up the 997 GT4 back from the GT4 European Series which has seen it end in third place in the overall standings with Ghezzi and Giovanelli, and here with the leader Dario Cerati supported on this occasion by Lorenzo Uttini.
Expected bad weather that hampers the first part of the race and forces the suspension of the involved drivers with more to stay on track without damage that try to optimize set-up and performance.

Start of Race 1 with safety car due to a problem on the grid for a Cayman, Cerati lap after lap maintains the position and slowly recovers giving the car at Uttini that, should bridge the gap with the leader of the Cayman. A spin in the gravel at the first chicane blocks the recovery. The race is finish but the car still classified 1st in Class GT4 and 23° overall.
The hopes are all well placed in Race 2, starting Sunday morning, at the start Uttini that, since the first lap, fighting with the small group of Cayman until the driver change where it gives the car a Cerati leading regular race to the finish coming 1st of the GT4 class and 18 th overall.
For Cerati another brace and he is the leader of the overall standings of the GT4 National Trophy.
