The 37th edition, scheduled from 23 to 26 January in Madonna di Campiglio, will be the longest ever with a challenging route of more than 540 km to tackle in two stages for a total of 17 hours driving, 14 Dolomite passes, 65 timed tests and 6 average tests with 22 secret measurements measured with the GPS tracking system of BE traced.
Project started in 2018 with the idea of Orlando Redolfi to build a Porsche 904 GTS faithful to the original, which will start as a pioneer with Redolfo Orlando sailed by Bignetti Federica.
Friday, January 24, from 10.30 am, the start of the second stage of 430 km through the roads and the most famous dolomite passes of Trentino-Alto Adige: the first part will take the competitors to the lower Val Rendena with passages to Tione, on the Duron Pass and Bridge Arche until the scheduled check in Molveno and the race lunch served inside the Alpenresort Belvedere with spectacular views of the lake; at 13.15 the departure to Andalo, Taio and Romeno to the top of the Passo della Mendola and the following time check at the Golfclub of Appiano on the Wine Road; after the passage from Bolzano, the cars will face the ascent towards Tires and the Nigra and Costalunga Passes before the descent into Val di Fassa and the transit from Canazei that will anticipate the most demanding climb of the race to the 2239 meters of Pordoi Pass; after the time check in Arabba, the crews will go up to the Campolongo Pass towards Corvara and then cross the Gardena Pass first and then descend into Val Gardena with the passes to Ortisei, on the Passo Pinei, in Castelrotto and Fiè allo Sciliar and the return to Bolzano scheduled at 20.30 with dinner served again at the Four Points by Sheraton inside the Fair.
The last part of the race after the stop will include the passage on the Palade Pass and then the return through the Val di Non and the Val di Sole with the final time check of Folgarida that will anticipate as usual the return of the first car in Piazza Righi to Campiglio Scheduled for midnight.
The show will resume on Saturday, January 25 at 13.15 on the frozen lake of Campiglio with the performance of the two classic trophies-show out of the rankings that will anticipate the final dinner and the awards in altitude scheduled at 2100 meters of the Chalet Spinale, Modern mountain hut with restaurant and a breathtaking 360° view of the Brenta Dolomites.
